Made By Moni is a luxury Bahamian brand rooted in heritage, craftsmanship and modern elegance. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in The Bahamas using time-honoured straw craft techniques passed down through generations of Bahamian artisans since the 1700s.
Straw plaiting is one of The Bahamas' oldest cultural industries, historically providing livelihood, independence and opportunity for generations of Bahamian women. Most notably, the world-famous Straw Market became an important economic backbone for Bahamian families long before tourism as we know it today.
